The employees were incompetent, and our credit cards were charged twice. We ordered breakfast, that never came and they charged us anyway. The resort was being rehabbed, which not one told us, and the van that was supposed to be free for transport was broken down. Nice resort, horrible service.

great fishing off the bridges. My younger kids 10.11 had lots of action. Saw 100's of tarpon right below us plus sharks, barracuda,turtles, and other sea life.

Islamorada is my favorite key. So much to do. Robbies for an early snorkel trip, great lunch, to Oceanview for drinks and some lounging by the pool, to watching the sunset at lorelei.
