"The check in staff was amazing and helpful. There was a lot of included things to do that were really nice and easy to access. There was a strong fish smell, but that was likely because people catch/clean their fish at the dock and there was a bit of sea grass along the shore that likely contributed. We'd stay there again for sure!"

"Great unit within walking distance of popular dinning and retail locations.Welcome Book in unit provides recommendations and numbers for dinning, outdoor activities and water sports. We rented kayaks for the week and took daily trips in the morning and evening around the mangroves, and we kayaked to the Square Grooper for brunch one morning.Unit was clean and grounds were well kept.Would highly recommend the Little Basin Villas."

"Our family of 10 recently stayed at this wonderful home for one week. The property was large enough to easily accommodate our group. The views are stunning, the pool and grounds are very nicely done. The screened lanai was great for extended evenings outside without worrying about bugs. Well maintained and feels fresh and not like many rentals. The location was perfect for us. We love Islamorada and were within easy walking distance to three great restaurants. Papa Joes (try the smash burger it’s legit) Square Grouper, and Midway Cafe for breakfast! We boated to the lighthouse and sandbar one day…..road trip to Key West in another day! Fishing on the pier and a lot of time around the pool. We are trying to find a time to go back….hopefully soon!"

"This was a great unique experience. It was centrally located on the keys, which gave great access to everywhere. Check-in was easy. The boathouse was spotless and housekeeping was fantastic. It was very peaceful and the view of the back deck was beautiful and interesting. There were plenty of fish swimming in the water and we watched Heron’s fighting over a filleted piece of fish. The boat rocked gently and I slept like a baby on it. I would definitely stay here again."
