"We had a great overall stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun! The resort was clean, everyone was friendly, and the drink selection was great. Our butler, Molly, was absolutely amazing and deserves special recognition for taking such good care of us.
There were a few areas that could use improvement. At the Brazilian steakhouse, we would have liked more variety in the cuts of meat, more frequent service bringing them around, and better availability of the different options. The prices in the resort shops were also a bit high.
Our biggest disappointment was the swim-out pool. The water was consistently so cold that we didn’t use it a single time during our stay. We were really looking forward to enjoying that feature, so it was disappointing to have it go unused. Heating the swim-out pools would make a huge difference.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here, and the friendly staff—especially Molly—were a highlight. Improving the swim-out pool temperature would have made our stay even better!"
