"Staff was amazing. Shout out to Felipe, Esai and Matilda. But ALL the staff were super, friendly and so helpful and accommodating. We were able to upgrade our room and loved the oceanfront sound and views. Our room kept so clean, sheets, towels and bar items changed daily."

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! We received VIP access through Expedia, which made our experience even more special. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was delicious, and the restaurants offered a wonderful dining experience. We also enjoyed the hydrotherapy facilities, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return in the...

"all beautiful . but towels was not clean , pillow kind of have weirs smell . buffet have no good food for lunch and dinner,. restaurant very good. property beautiful. lots things to do for kids."

"What a magical place. The road to get there isn't gravel. It's muddy and has mud puddles on the way. But I was able to get there in a compact car just fine. This place is well worth it."

"The property is exquisite and the resort is huge! This reservation is an extension of our original five day reservation- we loved it so much! The Jacuzzi tub on the loft suite balcony was an added bonus to the magnificent coastline view! Big shout out to my butler, Victor! He was so attentive and decorated the loft suite for a birthday celebration. Rocio, the butler, for the junior suite was very attentive and accommodating with our dinner reservations. She also went above and beyond decorating...

"Overall a great place to stay and nice location."

"Food is 10/10"

"Everything was OK. For the price and area I did not expect more. I would stay there again."

"The hotel was amazing, the food was great, the staff and their hospitality was above and beyond. Will definitely be returning!"

"Good place for youger party crowd. A lot of noise from the street if your rooms out front. Plumbing and water pressure lousy. Had to ask for toilet paper."

"We had a great experience"
