The car park was full, and it doesn’t seem right that paying hotel guests don’t get priority or the option to reserve a space in advance. Also, it was disappointing that Blue Badge holders are still required to pay for parking.”"

"Was there for Peter Kay gig. Hotel was really busy but efficient. They have a system where you can pre-order drinks for after the show and set up a dedicated table for you. It was all waiting for us when we got back. One of the lifts wasn’t working (under refurbishment) but it was already mentioned online, so we knew what to expect. There was a huge queue for checking in and staff came round with free glasses of wine which was a nice gesture. Overall we had a lovely stay at the hotel. "

"The staff are really friendly on check in, whilst the rooms may need to be updated it is soundproofed with air con or the option to open windows and comfy beds. It is right next to the airport but be sure to go to the hotel at the airport next to the carpark and not the one on the left that is slightly further away. It is a nice hotel for a quick stay. "

"Breakfast quickly let ghis place down , the food was cold , upon raising this new items were added but it was too little too late , my husband was very put off , it ruined his breakfast £17 and only thing he had was coffee , upon mentioning it at reception it was flippantly skimmed over as manager was in meeting , they will be intouch , i doubt that"
