"I was disappointed with my stay at the Cliff House. There was construction happening all around the front of the hotel and throughout the inside as well, and I was never made aware of it when booking. When paying a higher rate for a stay, guests should at least have the option to know about major construction beforehand. It really affected the overall experience. On top of that, the staff was not the friendliest or most welcoming. Overall, not the experience I expected."

I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!"

"The Outrider hotel was a great stay!! All of the staff were amazing and also helpful with any questions we had about the area. The rooms were very modern and clean. Including a nice tea pot in room and coffee in the lobby for the morning!! The sauna/cold plunge along with the hot tub were all in new condition and were very convenient after a long day. The fire pit area was relaxing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a luxury and welcoming stay!!"

"Our room was so pretty, the mattress quite comfy, and it is so fun to wander around the castle! A lot of history to read about and see! Parking is plenteous and easy. Breakfast was delicious, the biscuits and gravy are amazing! Everyone on staff is so helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful."

"The rooms are spacious with plenty of space to spread out and relax, sleep, or work if needed. There are plenty of outlets/usb plugs to charge all your devices. The beds are comfortable. The AC is effective but quiet, so perfect for sleep. The refrigerator and microwave are perfect for longer stays. The firepit in the courtyard are cozy areas to rest outside."

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the cabin was; even with our group size, we never felt crowded.
