"Breakfast was quite good, nice pastries and yoghurts. Room was pretty simple. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned a bit better before arrival and the loo flush kept breaking so was a bit flimsy."

"I had a really positive stay. Every member of staff I met was super friendly and welcoming, and check‑in was smooth and informative. I also really appreciated them keeping my medication chilled in their fridge without any hesitation. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, with shops and places to eat just a short walk away, and the free parking made things even easier. Overall, a pleasant and hassle‑free experience that I’d happily repeat."

"The let down were breakfast where things you come to expect to be available such as cereals, fruit juices, jams, and fruit we not available except as an additional cost. When I collected my bill, I saw that a glass of orange juice at breakfast juice £11. The other disappointment was the Spa which cost £70 per couple if you use it. In all hotels I have stayed in, both the above facilities were available to Guests as standard, NEVER as an additional cost.. This is particularly surprising given this is a high-end hotel. Even though we loved the place: service, staff, cleanliness, location and surroundings, it is not somewhere we will go back to for the reasons given above, which is quite disappointing. "
