Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:

A quiet residential area of Indio, about 2 miles (5 to 10 minutes) from the Empire Polo Club and its festival grounds. It's a great base for both downtime and adventure.



Golf at Indian Palms: about 5 minutes

Old Town La Quinta dining and shops: about 20 minutes

La Quinta Cove hiking trails: about 25 minutes

El Paseo: about 25 minutes



Getting Around:

Getting here by car is easy, and there's parking for up to four vehicles in the garage and driveway. Street parking isn't permitted. Restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores are a short drive, and Uber and Lyft are readily available for festival or golf trips.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool and spa for the exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Spa heating is complimentary. Pets are $150 per animal. An additional guest fee of $15 per person applies above standard occupancy (one guest per bedroom, plus one).



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to four vehicles in the garage and driveway. Street parking is not permitted and risks a fine of $200 or more as well as towing, which guests are liable for.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Standard occupancy is one guest per bedroom plus one, and an additional guest fee of $15 per person applies above that. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and we require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
