Room was pretty shabby but clean. Just very run down. Gentleman and the front desk was very pleasant, no problems with other guests. Internet was very spotty.
The room looks nothing like the pictures. The AC didn’t work. The whole place smelled bad. And when I tried to cancel the reservation I was told I could t get a refund. I think I’d rather sleep in my vehicle than stay in this dump
The room was NASTY! They didn't even bother to vacuum the floor, wash the bath tub, nor clean the refrigerator to say the ABSOLUTE least!

Don’t get me wrong it was super convenient but there were a couple times I considered checking out early for better quality. I’ll start by saying that the in house laundry was great, I didn’t have to drive to a laundromat or go out of my way to get my clothes done, but I do think that 2.50 for a washer and 2.25 for a dryer might be a little extreme especially for someone who ended up having to do 2 loads a week. I appreciated that the doors locked after a certain time so no one unwanted could get in. I wasn’t fond of the fact that the office is only open from 11-7 and the key cards last a week. So if I didn’t get there between a certain point, I had to call the after hours guy and someone to let me in and temp key so I could get in my room. Luckily we weren’t charged for it. They explained the sheets and pillow cases were the only things they would change out and it would be on a weekly basis. THEY NEVER CAME BY. I asked multiple times at the front desk and they never even had us scheduled. We left there never having new sheets AFTER A MONTH. The hallways and some rooms REEKED of cigarette smoke even though they swore they had been a non-smoking facility for over a year. I understand it stains, and can be expensive to clean or replace, but some rooms, when walked past, smelled like they were actively burning a cigarette by the door. The front desk area smelled of straight must. It never changed. Lastly, the parking lot was A MESS with pot holes. Car swallowers, hard to avoid.

Homeless people drinking outside at 9 am. I didn’t know there was nothing in the kitchen. I had to buy paper plates, plasticeware, cups and only do microwave food. There was no sofa or chair as advertised.
Good service. No hassle. Only bad experience was the location of my room, my room was near entrance door and people come in out that door 24/7. Got no sleep. And tenants standing in hallway having full conversations. Walks are thin.
The general Manager was very rude she lacks customer service techniques. I noticed a charge on my debit card for $60 so I went and asked about it as anyone would because I have already paid for my stay. So I was curious if hat the charge was for and she instantly became upset and told me that I can checkout at noon that day, I still had 2 days left of my reservation. I tried to get an understanding as to why I was being put out for asking about my money and she waved me off not even trying to hear me or give me an explanation. I left before noon and attempted to go stay at a different Intowne and was then told that she put me on a list of do not rent. I’m confused on what happened to make her put me on the list and get upset about me asking about my account being charged for $60.
There's no cart to take luggage to room, but there's an elevator. There's no housekeeping. Guest must clean room themselves including the floor. There's 1 roll toilet paper and small soap in the room. They don't replace these. You should bring toilet paper, dishes, pots, soap etc.
Hotel provides bed sheets and bath towels. They only replace bed sheets, not bath towels. If you need clean bath towels, you have to clean them yourself. You can borrow hotel's vacuum cleaner. Front desk time is 11-7pm. Make sure front desk updates key card after you pay, otherwise you can't use key to get in the building or your room. Rooms near exits are loud.
