Our "Finca Sa Tanqueta Rústica" offers a large garden with plenty of space to play. Children can have a great time in the football field. The highlight is, of course, the large pool (7.4 m x 4 m) with new sun loungers and pool towels. The rustic barbecue area is covered and equipped with its own outdoor kitchen.

The house has 2 parking spaces. The house has a space of about 200 m² and is divided into 2 levels, everything except the living room is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has space for a comfortable breakfast. From the living room, you have a great view of the surroundings. The main bedroom with a large double bed has its own en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, share the second bathroom. All rooms have access to the terrace and are equipped with air conditioning and heating. In short, it is a house to enjoy your family holidays.

Inca is the third largest city in Mallorca and is located in the heart of the island. While it is mainly a residential and industrial city, its famous market and wineries attract numerous tourists. In Inca, you can find typical Mallorcan food restaurants, especially its celleres, which are old wine cellars, now converted into restaurants.

The greatest attraction of Inca, without a doubt, is its weekly market, which takes place every Thursday. It is one of the largest markets on the island, filling the city centre streets with small stalls.

Just 25 minutes from Alcudia beach, and Pollensa beach located in the northern part of the island, and 25 minutes from Palma airport. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, etc. are just 1 km away....
