"staff are lovely and very helpful"

"Great location Convenient underground parking Various breakfast options Spotless and spacious suite"

"Staff was really nice"

"Elevator was down, tv didn’t turn on but otherwise nice"

"Damaged old furniture, unfinished paint in rooms, extra fee for parking. People are sleeping on the sidewalks across the street and seem to be using substances. I was very uncomfortable."

"Absolute pleasure and a excellent and good stay at Guest House. This being close to Western University and Huron University College, is accommodating. Furthermore, for any spiritual or theological students or individuals, there is access to a Chapel as well. I frequently stay at Guest House and will continue to do so, when the occasion calls for me to stay in London. Thank you to the entire staff and Hotel Manager Bruce, for their professionalism and accomdating and friendly service...Blessings!"

"This was the secondary visit . Staffs were very responsive like before and breakfast included was very worthy for all family. But swimming pool floor was rough and my two family members got skin tears."
