Location is everything when it comes to a successful vacation on Cape Cod. This 8 BED / 6 FULL BATH / 2 HALF BATH home is just 800 feet from Keyes Memorial Beach while Veterans Beach is just .6 miles and Kalmus Beach is just .9 miles. Main Street, Hyannis, with dozens of shops, restaurants and activities is .7 miles away down a side-walked and lit road. Looking to enjoy a waterfront meal? Or hop on a ferry for a trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard? Hyannis Harbor is .9 miles away. Not only that, the Mid-Cape location of this home makes exploring the entirety of Cape Cod possible with easy day trips. The home is spread over three floors between a main house and guest house and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably in beds.

MAIN HOUSE:
The first floor has the newly renovated kitchen (with stainless appliances and everything you need to cook for large groups), multiple hang out spaces (including a living room, den and sunroom), dining room, half bathroom w/ laundry, and the primary bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom next door.

The second floor features three more bedrooms and three full bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed w/ ensuite private bathroom, another has 2 twin beds w/ ensuite private bathroom and one has a full bed. The third full bathroom is in the hallway.

The third floor features two more bedrooms and a hallway half bathroom. One bedroom as a full bed and the other has 2 twin beds. (Please note, the third floor stairs are steep and the hallway ceilings are "Cape Cod Traditional" height, meaning our taller guests may need to stoop.

Off the back of the main house is a lovely, fenced in private patio area with seating areas and a gas fireplace: perfect for evenings spent enjoying your friends and family. Next to the kitchen and outside of the breakfast area is a gas grill for those nights when you want the perfect summer BBQ.

GUEST HOUSE:
The guest house is connected to the main home, but access is via a private outdoor entrance off of the driveway. There is no interior connection between the main house and guest house. The guest is one floor and features a living area, kitchenette, two bedrooms (one w/ a double bed and one w/ a queen bed) plus two full bathrooms (one of which is ensuite to the bedroom w/ the double bed).

Amenities include AC throughout (including in all 8 bedrooms), smart streaming TVs, free Wi-Fi, off street parking for up to six cars and beach gear (including chairs, umbrellas and coolers). Coming for 2025 summer season a new outdoor shower!

Parking for up six cars in the driveway. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All linens and towels are provided. No pets, please. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional damage protection which may be required at this property.
