"The reception staff’s attitude was not good at all. They were not helpful, and even if you have a reservation, you have to wait for a long time. They don’t answer you or even pay attention to you. The whole process is very unorganized. They don’t explain the hotel’s program or activities, and the swimming pool closes very early."

"Comfortable room, I had not been able to get hold of the property to discuss late check out through their phone or through Expedia but was upgraded to a family suite on arrival. On the whole very nice hotel"

"My stay at Siva was great! ALL employees were great! The only things I would recommend fixing are the bathroom which needs to be better because it is very old and the WIFI that did not work anywhere but the lobby. That was an absolute inconvenience."

"good"

"Beach sandy and pools is clean and staff are very friendly"

"Hotel personal ist nett und aufmerksam. Strand gepflegt.

"Hotel and management were so good Hotel has a little guests , so i recommend to the persons who needs chillout and relaxation but if you love actions all the time it will not be a good option. Overall i haven't faced any problems Food is good , staff , Beach is a wonderful 👌 "
