This was a great budget friendly place to stay. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was updated and clean but more attention to the little details need to be given (curtains were broken in my room but were still able to cover the window). The halls, stairs and the outside of the building definitely need attention. If someone was looking for a place to stay and drove by, they would bypass this little gem. I will not hesitate to recommend the Red Maple Inn and would consider staying again when in Huntsville.

Our room was clean, the bed comfortable. Check in and out went smooth. Front staff was prompt and courteous. It would be nice to have Kleenex and ice. Overall, it was all we needed. A bit over priced, but it was a holiday weekend so that was expected.

It was ok for the one night we needed to stay, but it was a very tired looking venue. I can’t say it was bad it’s just a quick in and out back on the road type of place. And ensure you are there by 11:00 pm to check in as there is no concierge between 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

Hair in bedding, floors were very dirty, I would not recommend removing shoes. Staff member stepped on ketchup packets that had exploded on the stairs in front on me and had no intention of stopping and cleaning, next morning ketchup was still there on the stairs. Would not return

Not worth for the price.

The property it not too bad, but when you charge $180/night there are some expectations that have to be met. The bed covers were super smelly and had stains on it. The beds were not in the best condition (mattress was okay), and the overall room condition was also not that good. If this was a $80/night hotel, I would say it’s a good place, but charging that much and offering a 1-star hotel experience is not acceptable.

While the room was clean and the bed was comfy, the decor was tired. Peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, poor paint job/touch ups. The room was equipped with the bare minimum in terms of toiletries, but did have a blow-dryer. There was no in-room coffee maker, but there was a microwave and a bar-fridge. We stayed in a ground room floor and the outside was in rough shape, lots of weeds and uneven concrete patio/steps. In a prior life, this appears to have been a Super 8 Motel. As long as you're prepared for a no-frills stay, then this is a good option.
