"Bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival, called for maintenance, they had to take the sink apart to fix it. I left the room for my engagement and upon returning saw that the sink was again clogged, called them to make them aware but asked that they not come in until the morning as it was late. The sink was full when I checked out and I made the front desk aware again of the issue. I then proceeded to leave the parking garage when they tried to charge me for event parking $55 and also the $34 overnight fee. I had to park my car and go back inside to get my parking "validated" and was told I would only be charged $34. When I checked my credit card statement they had charged me a $50 fee. I contacted the property and they assured me the $50 would not be "charged" to my account but did absolutely nothing about the inconvenience of having a clogged bathroom sink. "

"Arrived 2 hours past my arrival checkin time and still had to wait over an hour to get my room. Some folks waited two hours for rooms to be cleaned. "

"I booked 2 queen bed and what I got was 1 bed and their reasoning was we are oversold. I called Expedia but as usual no help what soever."

"We've been staying at the Harbor Court for over thirty years, whenever we're back visiting. While I still think it's a great place, I'd say that the price is a bit higher than is justified by an interior that hasn't really been significantly updated since the 1990s. The staff was always helpful and friendly. At least when you spoke to them in person. They also use a texting process that doesn't actually seem to work, other than to get you signed up for their loyalty program. I never got an answer the several times I posed questions over text. I'll say that I got an "upgrade" e-mail that indicated I could pay a little more for a larger room on the 6th floor. That upgrade was available when I checked in, but it was on the third floor and had fewer windows. I brought it to the staff's attention immediately, but I never really got a resolution, other than that they agreed to knock a little bit of the upgrade charge off. I wouldn't have "upgraded" had they not falsely stated what the upgrade would be, so that was disappointing."
