"Everything was so beautiful until the last day when the we went and have breakfast at buffet restaurant, waitress seat us then no buddy show up for 30 minutes , what it’s disrespectful we stand up and ask for the service but luck , we leave the restaurant without service . The restaurant seems to have lack of organization on the staff , We talk to the manager and he apologized."

"We absolutely fell in love with the island, but what made our stay especially memorable were all the thoughtful little touches. When we arrived, they surprised us with a bottle of wine and balloons in our room for my birthday, which was such a sweet welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. There are a few areas of the property currently under construction, as noted, but it did not take away from our experience at all. We visited toward the tail end of the busy season, and it was absolutely divine andpeaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. We also loved that the main pool is open 24 hours! Overall, we loved everything about our stay, especially the beautiful property, warm hospitality, and wonderful staff. We would absolutely return."
