"This was my second stay at this hotel. It's a really great spot, with good location and the tallness of the building can be helpful when you're trying to navigate around the city. I was upgraded to a nicer room, which was amazing, and everyone from the front desk to the spa to the gym were all very friendly and helpful. If you get a chance, the spa is really nice; Van gave me an excellent facial. The breakfast can't be beat. It's definitely one of my favorite hotels in Vietnam."

The building itself is extraordinary, and the furnishings and decoration are exquisite. The food is SUPERB. The gym is better than most professional ones, the pool and grounds are gorgeous too, but the most remarkable part is the service. La chambre est nettoyée matin et soir ce qui est appréciable. L’hôtel est à l’écart du l’agitation de la ville, ce qui en fait un endroit reposant. La réception est venue spontanément nous informer que la ville de Hoi An, notre prochaine destination était inondée, ce qui nous a permis de changer nos plans au dernier moment. Ils nous ont aussi aidé à contacter notre prochain hôtel à Da Nang. Bref, rien à reprocher."
