"As a world traveler and a professional clinician, I've never felt so unwelcome or judged.
Front staff had horrible attitude.
Brutal service, like I was doing the most severe injustice by checking in and paying them.
Judged because I had a service dog.
The room was very broken down.
Truly disappointed.
