"I loved the location. The management were eagerly accommodating to rectify a situation that could have been made my stay uncomfortable. The hotel was clean and I felt safe. I had one confrontation from a member of the staff who unfortunately should not be at the front desk. We were locked out of our room because our keys were deactivated, and she thought it was okay to say that “mistakes happen”. "We have stayed at this location before and it’s always been nice. This time even though there are signs everywhere stating quiet time is 10pm-7am, there was a large group in the common area making a lot of noise until1am on Friday and several groups that were loud on Saturday until about 11:30. I would stay here again but definitely ask to not be in a room near the common areas. "
