"I am solo female prefer a room in upper floor. There was none available but Cindy managed to move me to the back parking lot to bot get the car headlights flashing into the window. There was a giant spider on my window. The coffee machine only worked once. The second coffee nothing happened. I took a bath and the shampoo/ conditioner/body wash was much too high for someone lying in the tub. Also the bodywash bottle was empty"

"The hotel has good value but it shows its price level quality in every room and amentity. Staff was super awesome though, James from the front desk was calm, efficient and helpful with our checkin issues. Freebie breakfast is adequate with eggs and saauages"

"Great location, parking available underground at a reasonable price. Very nice staff! Swimming pool is not heated, very cold even on warm days! Breakfast was great, although too much food for me that went to waste as it's given in a bento box. Cleanliness could be better. It's odd having a kitchenette with no cutlery, dishes etc."
