This room faced directly onto the pool which was being used from 7.00 am each morning hence we were woken earlier than planned. "Good location, very close to train and bus station and 2 miles out of city centre and from Co-op live arena and Etihad stadium. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Good breakfast which was nice to be included. Hotel itself is a bit dated and tired, but clean and has all facilities needed for a short stay, including parking for a small fee. Only let down was the room next to us was playing loud music from around 3:40am to 5:40qm, despite reception staff asking them to turn it down and then off, however, this is not a negative reflection at all on the hotel, and the reception staff member tried to resolve the issue in a professional and efficient manner. "
