"The staff were all super friendly and very helpful; restaurant staff were knowledgeable too. The room was small, pretty and clean; shower and bath were great though ceiling low - it’s a historic property! Ideal location, nice to have resident’s sitting rooms and outside space. The restaurant food was superb and well priced, drinks great, breakfast excellent, coffee very good… A firmer bed and chunkier pillows, and a stretchier hairdryer cord would have made it perfect. We’d be happy to come back and stay again."

"No milk in room have to ask no one tells you this it was late at night I wanted a tea and relised no no milk so had black tea no cleaning in room once again you have to ask the gaps in window so bad that curtains moved out all night booked 2 rooms when got there we were on different floors said sorry but it was 2 separate bookings wrong booked on same booking wasn’t helpful at all plenty people there complaining the only good thing was the breakfast plenty and fresh "

"We had a clean room, and unobstructed view of the sea, the room had no housekeeping daily, the first and last day we had a buffet breakfast, the second day it would appear that we had to order either with the cook or reception but we were not told of this, the third day the chef took our breakfast order."
