"Just received 2 parking fines despite the tablet to register on not working when I checked in and being assured this would be taken care of! So on top of a half made bed and the 40 minute wait in the restaurant during my stay and having to go elsewhere to eat I would say this was a disaster! To top it off no one appears to answer the phone or deal with anything related to customer service issues. Very disappointed"

"Large recently upgraded hotel great facilities. Clean. Car parking a problem no doubt because many event rooms all packed on saturday night. Bath ouldnt be emptied as drain lifter broken , reported. Really good breakfast. Lovley large room."

"Not my first visit. Good local for catching up with friends between London and Wales. Has everything need. Good choice of restaurants. Entertainment from bowling to nightclub/casino. A spa. Easy parking"

Room good size but would not refer to the bed linen (sheet worn in places) or the toiletries as luxury as stated in the upgrade hence the lower rating! But good pleasant stay would stay again! I did not have food there so no comments regarding that."

"Indifferent staff at check-in, restaurant and bar. Bags of rubbish in the corridor outside my room. No wi-fi available. It maybe a airport hotel with a high turnover of guests, but no-one seemed bothered about providing a decent service. Avoid breakfast - better off in Greggs over the road....."
