  • Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this lakefront home on the west shore. Enjoy the large Grandview home in Homewood with buoy and pier access. Located close to Homewood Ski resort, trails for hiking/biking and the bike path to Tahoe City. Enjoy the use of the buoy and pier, as well as the beautifully manicured lawn and lakefront area of the home.

    The main floor's living area is open and has an updated kitchen. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have beautiful furnishings and decorations throughout. The south facing deck will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people for family style meals.

    The main floor features a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as views of the lake. The lower floor features a second primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two other bedrooms and bathroom and access to lake and hot tub.

A comfortable, lovely home and yard.We love being on the water in this certainly delivered.We would definitely return!One bedroom on main level. Lovely Cabin with a Gorgeous View

Spent a girls weekend at this amazing cabin! Snow and rain kept inside most of the weekend but the view out the windows was stunning and the fire inside made it cozy. The hosts were so communicative, kind and helpful! We had an amazing experience and are looking forward to the next time we can come visit!

Beautiful lake front home

We stayed here with family friends for winter skiing. Location of the home was fabulous, easy to get everywhere and loved the lake front. We enjoyed using the hot tub after a day of skiing! Loved the layout of the hike with private bathrooms and king size beds for 3 of the bedrooms. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

Breath taking views

Very lovely home with amazing views of Lake Tahoe! The house was perfect for my family of 6 to spread out and relax. The hot tub was great for relaxing after long days of exploring. We hope to be back one day!

Great property and location. Stunning views and you can’t beat the hot tub overlooking the lake. We had an amazing time. My only feedback is to improve snow removal for the deck and hot tub area.

Very beautiful and relaxing house

It's a perfect place for relaxing. We didn't have to go outside to have a great view of the lake. We can even enjoy the sunrise from inside by the big window! We mostly just stayed inside and have a great time.

Wonderful location

This is the second year I have stayed for a week. It is a beautiful place, and everyone enjoys it! We love everything about the house, especially the dock, which, for a boating family, makes life so much easier for easy unloading and picking up. Thank you for the great memories!

As advertised. Exceptional location with unmatched views of the lake. We brought our boat up and the buoy was easy to locate and in perfect distance to dock/ house. The kayak to and from the house was super useful and appreciated. Loved my stay and the house was fully equipped!

Great view.

Prefect for what we wanted. Time to simply stay in our PJs and relax with good food. Kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils & dishes. Spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the sun. A Safeways is only about 15 minutes away if you need anything. Pretty much prefect.. ps. Great water pressure for hot showers! Will return.

Family Thanksgiving Weekend

Property was beautiful with everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving with extended family. The views from the main floor were breathtaking… many of us woke up early to watch the sunrise and enjoyed amazing wines while watching the sunset. We will definitely return during the summer months.

My family and I stayed in this exquisite home for 3 nights in the winter. The views are exquisite out of every window or door, just incredible! Wonderful view of Lake Tahoe!

We loved staying at this lakefront property. The sunrise views were absolutely stunning! Home had everything we needed (except it was oddly without wash cloths). Very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Kitchen was fully stocked. We were three couples who stayed, and all bedrooms were comfortable and had great views. We had plenty of space and never felt crowded. We all would stay here again!

Family reunion

Great hot tub. Beautiful views. Extremely close to the road. Please include that in the house write up. Quiet location. Please replace the nonstick frypans and just so you know your kitchen faucet is very loose. Loved the living room and bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

A special Place

Yes it looks just like the photos. Yes it is a great spot right on the lake with all the toys and things you need to just hand and relax. Super well equipped from kitchen to games. Comfortable beds and furnishings. A lived in rustic look and feel which is good. Only downside is it is right on the main highway around the lake which many of the lakeside houses are so you can hear the cars when outside but the house itself is well insulated. The beauty over rules any downside. Tahoma is a great spot too on the west shore.

Beautiful Hone Away From Home

We’ve been coming to Lake Tahoe every year during September but this was our first time in a lakefront home and it did not disappoint. The home is as pictured and has all of the amenities to make you feel at home. It was very clean and well kept. Being right on the water is a huge benefit, slip your paddle board or kayak right into the lake for a sunrise paddle or sit in one of the beautiful chaise lounge chairs and sip your morning coffee. Walkable to hiking trails and a local market/deli was a plus, too. It is right on Lake Blvd, and although the road noise did not bother us, it felt a little unsafe to cross the road to the walking path. Overall a 5/5 and we intend to come back.

Underpised and Overdelivered

I can’t write enough positive things about this house. The view is unbeatable. Zero obstructions between you and the lake. The beds are huge and comfortable, and there is great water pressure. The only drawbacks are the proximity to the road (which is quickly canceled out by the proximity to the lake), the heating system kicks on very aggressively in the middle of the night downstairs, and the hot water runs cold occasionally after 1-2 showers. But will 100% be staying again and again. This house is amazing.

Incredible view!!

A really outstanding location. On the plus side, it had terrific amenities, including a small area to swim, hot tub, outdoor sitting area balconies, and even a dock! Great property. I would suggest however, that you lower your expectations a bit in that the property is older and some areas look a little tired. The cleaning was not perfect, but OK. There is quite a bit of traffic noise in the morning and evening during high traffic flow, but not noticeable inside the house. But all in all an incredible location and view. We would definitely rebook

"It's Literally Perfect"

This house was absolutely perfect. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday with a few friends and it was the most relaxing time. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make dinner and breakfast, the hot tub looking out at the lake was magical, the little platform off to the side of the house was perfect for looking at stars at night. I couldn't stop raving about the place, I felt so at home. I can only imagine what its like in the summer with the back lawn not covered with snow. And it was easy to communicate with the property management company. If there was any feedback it would be that there were no beach towels to use for the hot tub and no extra towels for showering. But overall, it was a perfect house, perfect weekend. Thanks!
