"Pros: Nice, clean place with easy beach access. Staff were nice. Good location. Cons: I don’t know if they have a strict adherence to the 4:00 check-in time or if housekeeping is understaffed, but we got there between 3-3:30 and couldn’t check in because room wasn’t ready. When we came back a little after 4:00 there still seemed to be some confusion as to whether or not the room was ready, thankfully, it was. Housekeeping didn’t knock on our door the next day until almost 6:00pm! I’ve never been to a hotel where they’ve came by so late. Hotel elevators and corridors were hot & stuffy. The elevators I can understand, but it seems like the only reason the corridors were that way is because the AC is turned off at night? I noticed as the day went on the corridors felt better and then the next morning they would be stuffy again. Pool is pretty small too. It was a nice place though and I would stay here again, but I do think the rating on hotels.com is too high. I would give it an 8, not a 9.2."

"This hotel is fairly new and it’s clear everyone is doing an amazing job keeping it in excellent condition. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff made a great first impression. Check-in was smooth, they took their time to introduce the hotel and explain everything we needed to know. The evening staff was just as friendly and helpful when I requested a fresh set of towels. One of my favorite things about the hotel was the location. It’s tucked away from the main road which made the stay incredibly quiet and peaceful. At the same time, you’re only about 5–10 minutes from restaurants and shopping, and roughly 10–15 minutes from the beach. Overall, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far. From the cleanliness and quiet location to the excellent staff and convenient access to everything, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would absolutely stay here again!"
