"Sehr saubere Zimmer, hilfsbereites Personal in allen Lagen. Das Zimmer war Ende Oktober nicht gut temperiert für meine Frau zu kühl. Der Ort hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht für eine Durchreise. Die Küche und das Personal fantastisch. Werden nächstes Jahr beim nächsten Besuch nach England das White Horse weiterhin besuchen."

"Renovated rooms are lovely. Stayed here a few times and food has always been good and the atmosphere - whilst quiet on weeknights - always feels welcoming."

"The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel."

"Excellent"

"Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was fantastic easy parking, and great facilities with comfortable rooms and good WIFI, would return in the future"

"Staff were excellent- very helpful . Loved the welcome message on the table , the radio on playing Classic and the rubber duck , plus necklace in the shower."

"Clean rooms particularly bathroom Good breakfast choices Good location"

"Everything was very good, food great, breakfast great, staff very helpful and friendly, room, bathroom and bedroom clean, warm and comfortable, pet friendly only thing we think £20 per dog per night is expensive, but other than that brilliant,"

"Lovely scenery and hotel. BUT it was not clean. Chairs were dirty and we could not sit on them"

"Conveniently located for the South Terminal, good breakfast and excellent value"

"English Breakfastがよかった。"
