"We enjoyed two nights at the Clayton Hotel in Leeds. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The location suited our needs and the onsite, reasonably priced car parking was a big plus. We ate one evening meal at the hotel and it was very tasty. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. The main thing that stops me giving this a higher score was the broken drawer and damaged bathroom door. Which we mentioned on leaving as they were minor inconveniences/unsightly rather than, needed to be...

"Check in was a bit odd, about 7:45 pm an no one on small reception desk. Luckily a member of staff walked by to let in locked doors otherwise I would have had to call a number on the door. However, polite staff and a lovely room in a beautiful building"
