"The room and facilities were top shelf! Lots of space in the room and I loved the balcony. The washroom was clean and spacious. Very quiet and the golf course looked amazing (too bad we couldn’t play!). The location was out of town but access to the City was easy. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were excellent and helpful. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. "

"Unbelievable experience!! Loved everything about this castle… if you want to stay in a 750+ year old castle with unbelievable staff, stay here! Restaurant was great, food amazing… Ano (not sure if I spelled it right) and his wife (and staff) were unbelievably accommodating. Highly recommend staying here! Definitely worth the trip and money… can’t wait to come back!"

"Property lacked amenities ie, bathroom toiletries, tissues, lack of a hair dryer, towels were worn. Choice of breakfast options was very limited, no fresh fruit & replenishment of options was not attended to adequately. However, property is a charming country getaway. The gardens are peaceful within easy walking distance from the town & railway station . If you’re not too fussed about the above details, it offers a very pleasant cost effective stay. "
