"I worked 12 hours then drove 2 hours to get to my hotel room and have No hot water so I called for help they came promptly and felt the water it said it's because everyone is using it so I waited till 11 and still no hot water finally by 4am there was enough I wanted to relax and unwind it was awful sheets and mattress the floor had popcorn bits which we didn't have any. I'm so exhausted from a restless night. Will not book there in future. I'm highly disappointed."

"Room was barely functional. Jet engine decibels from AC. Strange odors and unattractive blemishes to physical features, especially bathroom sink. Functioned. Seemed too pricey."

"Staff... Awful. They moved a bunch of people from one room to another, different floors and massively disruptive. There was a dead mouse in our room and we weren't compensated a dime for anything"
