10/10 Excellent
"I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience at Excellence El Carmen—an absolute paradise! The staff here are phenomenal, demonstrating incredible professionalism, helpfulness, and a consistently warm, positive attitude. The daily activities were highly engaging, and the culinary experience was a true highlight of our trip. Every meal was pristine, beautifully prepared, and tasted as though it was crafted by world-class chefs. During our 10-day stay, the resort truly felt like a home away from home. The coffee shop was a delightful daily stop with exquisite delicacies, and the entertainment and evening shows were fantastic. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality, with special recognition to: Kendry, Carlos, Rafael, Hector, Wanda, Randy, and Melvin."
