"First impression is spectacular with the restaurant, pool and exercise room. The room was nice. The hotel didn’t have any information in room about what restaurants delivered to the hotel or what was available around the hotel. Also we called the front desk to let them know the coffee pot didn’t work. They said maintenance wouldn’t be available for about an hour but we could come down to breakfast area for coffee. We moved coffee pot to another plug and it worked. Communication seemed to be a problem. We asked if we could order room service. We were told that wasn’t available. So I went down to restaurant and they were still serving so ordered our food to go which was no problem. These small complaints are the only reason we didn’t give the hotel a 5 out of five!"
