"It took a little while to be able to check in, and the host to respond, but that was fine. The pictures of the house are accurate, but there were so many cockroaches in the kitchen especially around the stove area and there were flies everywhere when we got there. The house also smelled a little bit like cigarettes. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were clean, but the light and fan in bedroom 2 doesn’t have a switch or remote to turn them off. The light just has black duck tape over it but...

"Booked this location and initially had no problems. Then no return communication from the owner regarding accessing the property until after contacting the VRBO Help line and then 2 hrs after the 3pm check-in, the owner sends a text. By then VRBO had already found a temporary hotel room for us. The location was in a very unsafe neighborhood and the building was unkept. I would not recommend anyone book this location"
