"We had an amazing stay at Brandon’s place in Austin! From start to finish, communication was excellent — Brandon was quick to respond and made everything super easy. The property’s location couldn’t be better — only about 10 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Austin. Highly recommend!"

"The only reason this property didn't get 5 stars from me is because it was very warm in the upstairs bedroom. We had our toddler with us. We keep an indoor thermometer with us for overnights and it was reading 81 degrees when we put him down for bed each night. It was 77 when we woke him up. It was difficult for me to sleep in such high temps, as well. The owner had in the rules not to put it below 72, and the thermostat also seemed to be on a timer that kept bumping the temperature up so we had...
