"Very stylish and clean room and bathroom. Bed, pillows and comforter were very good quality and quite comfortable. Airport shuttle takes 10-25 minutes, runs every 15 minutes 24x7 and the drivers are very nice."

Unfortunately I couldn't use them as I was in severe pain after walking from the hotel that I had made reservations at 3days earlier and being rejected(because they didn't like my bank for the deposit,) The hotel collection Ambassador Gold Coast is on my list of places I will stay when I visit My City. The front desk girl on Sunday night went into the office to consult the mgr. she came back and stated the Mgr will be reimbursing Hotels.com forth night of the15th. Hotels.com informed me today that Hilton is NOT responsible. I don’t like the way we have been treated."
