"This place needs help...pool was out of order...ice machine was out of order and u plugged...there was NO breakfast in the lobby...all of the artwork had been removed from the room...the TV reception was very grainy/hazy...for our room with 2 queen beds, there was one bath mat, one hand towel, 2 bath towels and NO wash cloths (good thing it was only my wife & I staying)...upon checking in our fridge wasn't working and the staff/"family" offered to change rooms to upstairs "since you checked in...

"It was very affordable and overall a good stay but the walls are absolutely paper thin. We were on the third floor and the people above us would not stop stomping around the entire times we stayed. They were still going at it at 1am some nights. Also with it being so close to the road, it would have been nice to have thicker windows so that we didn't have to constantly hear traffic. It's a good place if you're looking for somewhere to just sleep for a couple nights. There was even a fitness...

"The property is being renovated, so there was a lot of construction. The parts that were done and the pool were so nice, very well maintained and cozy. The room was great! Definitely need more food options which I’m sure there will be once renovations are done. Planning on coming back next summer."

"Parking lots was being redone so a lot of it was roped off. This left to fewer parking spots obviously. It was hard to find someone at the front desk at times. Checked out a day early, but was still charged for a full 2 days. Silent treatment from the Mgr. Will not stay here again due to the mgr not responding to emails or phone calls."

"Elevator seemed like it needed some repair. When it reach 3rd floor is would rattle and shake. It made my kids uncomfortable and had us taking stairs more often. Swimming pool area smelled heavily of chlorine which made Swimming uncomfortable. Room was nice and spacious though which we did enjoy. Bathroom area could use better attention to detail for cleanliness."

"When we were checking in the welcome staff was very standoffish and not very customer service oriented. Other than that place was clean -tub/shower looked sketchy but dont all. Pool and hotub very fun and loved it. "

"I really appreciate the service they provide me and my family. We came from out of town because my dad was in the hospital and they were so kind and gave us an early check in to shower. The breakfast is great and it is clean and quiet."
