"I stayed in one of the suites for two nights. The hotel seems to be newly renovated, so my stay was perfect. There wasn't any audible noise I could hear from any guests and the room felt clean and new. I will definitely stay there again if rooms are available. The front desk team was very helpful as well, I had difficulty booking two nights from the site, so once I got there, the gentleman at the front desk was able to update my reservation for me so I didn't have to change rooms or check out and check back in the following day. My son goes to school in Bloomington, and this was the best stay I have had so far. Thank you!"

"I was able to check-in a little earlier than 3PM and all the staff (front desk to housekeeping) were so friendly and helpful. The room is well appointed and cleaned daily; used towels replaced by fresh ones without having to I ask. Great buffet breakfast ! Only disappointment being the outdoor pool was closed despite it being 80+ and sunny outside."

"Clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was in a parking garage across the street from the hotel. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Uptown Normal and ISU. The Starbucks located right around the corner from the front desk was extremely convenient."

"The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel really needs some upkeep in all areas. The pool was closed and the elevators were out of service. The breakfast was okay but again, everything needed some attention in the lobby. Not terrible,but some sprucing up is in order. I guess I got what I paid for because it was substantially less expensive than surrounding properties and I was glad I could find a room on a busy weekend for under a hundred. I did get a good night sleep, however because the room was fine. That was the most important thing."
