"This is a wonderful hotel, They have an awesome breakfast with so many options. All types of breads & rolls o clouding an excellent one with nuts and cinnamon. Many choices from meats, cheeses, eggs & condiments. They had several selections of fresh fruits. The apricots & peaches were so flavorful. "I originally only booked one night and then extended my staff to three nights due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the first day and handled the additional headache well and let me stay in my original room. From greeting me when we arrived to preparing breakfast my experience was very pleasant. There is not frequently that I have to stop in Eislingen but going forward now I have a reason.
