"Check in/out process was easy and quick, amenities were good, room was tidy and breakfast was ok. Only stayed for 1 night so can’t really provide a more detailed review but all things considered it’s a great place to stay for the price, especially for the location, literally in the heart of Florianópolis. "Hotel is a bit ragged at the edges due to age but the whole staff from housekeeping to breakfast waitstaff were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was beyond excellent with multiple gluten free options! "

"I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."
