Eu jamais tinha ficado em um hotel tão ruim, o quarto estava sujo , o banheiro estava tomado pelo mofo, assim como uma parede do quarto tinha mofo. O frigobar estava cheio de ferrugem, as toalhas eram velhas e rasgadas, assim como os lençois. O piso estava extremamente SUJO igual o banheiro, que tinha até pelos no vaso, cabelos na parede e na ducha. Não recomendo e não voltarei nunca mais.

Uma hora e meia aguardando para fazer check-in. Banheiro masculino da recepção interditado. Não havia carrinhos para transportar bagagens, porém havia uma escada com muitos degraus até o elevador. O estacionamento não fica claro que é pago, e é sim! E não fica próximo ao hotel, sendo levado por manobristas... Há, o pior... Nos acomodaram em um quarto já ocupado por terceiros. Foi horrível esta experiência. Pensamos assim: Não vamos deixar nada no carro porque irá para o estacionamento... Mas percebemos que o local mais inseguro era o quarto. E no mesmo dia, encontrei outras pessoas com o mesmo problema, inclusive mulheres que chegaram só nos seus quartos e depararam com homens. E no dia seguinte, novas ocorrências similares. O quarto não tem telefone, o telefonegeraldo hotel não atende, o número disponível de WhatsApp, acionamos por volta das 21:00, foram responder 04:00 da manhã!!!

Aconteceram alguns problemas assim que chegamos, como falta de toalhas e a iluminação do quarto que não funcionava. Acreditamos que a equipe(muito prestativa, por sinal) foi de alguma forma, pega de surpresa. Café da manhã bom, pessoal do restaurante igualmente cortez. Realmente o ponto mais positivo é a localização do hotel.

Pecando no atendimento: banheiro sem toalhas e piso, higiene deficiente, sem atualização do pagamento do manobrista, tendo que mostrar a fatura do cartão para comprovar o pagamento realizado, quartos em obra sendo liberados para hospedagem. Os funcionários são gentis e educados mas o atendimento é confuso!

Elevador praticamente inoperante. Altamente concorrido, muitas vezes é preferível usar as escadas; no entanto, as escadas não dão acesso ao térreo: se descer por elas, é necessário voltar para um andar superior para descer pelo elevador. Horrível!!! No entanto, o hotel é bem localizado, os funcionários são prestativos, o quarto é muito bom (embora antigo).
