"The room was clean and comfortable. However, I booked this hotel specifically because the listing said it had a king size bed. Instead, I was given a standard room with a queen bed.
The TV remote didn't work. It wasn't a dead battery, it seemed like a connection issue between the remote and the TV. Staff sent someone to fix it, and it worked for one session, then stopped working again for the rest of my stay.
The elevators were also really slow, so I ended up taking the stairs most of the...
