"Checked in 4 hours early and got a clean, spacious room. It happened to be a handicapped access room which was great. I was a bit disappointed that for the first time ever in my travels, I was charged an early check in fee of $10/hr = $40 extra dollars which questioned at check in. Also disappointed that the 24/7 coffee service was unavailable and there was no provisions made for the residents to get coffee other than the breakfast period time."

"We enjoyed our short stay. It was a 10/10 in cleanliness and smelled lovely everywhere. The breakfast was free, so we can’t complain, and plenty to choose from if you don’t like something. The customer service was top, and we would stay again. "
