"This Bay City location has the BEST staff of any hotel we have booked. They were kind, courteous, professional and responded immediately to any request, question or issue we brought to their attention. Staff rates 10 out of 10! It appears this hotel has recently been sold and the on site GM and maintenance director were let go soon thereafter. The overall hotel and our room were clean, neat but needed attention to replacement/maintenance issues. Our room's carpet was damp and musty..black...

"The room was super clean - the entire hotel was clean. The staff was friendly - especially Art. He was extremely helpful!! The beds were comfortable, ample parking & the a/c worked well. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but it smelled great!"

"This property is a current work in progress...I hope. The room was stellar and redone VERY well. The rooms was clean and staff were kind and helpful. There are a few areas that still need to be redone (e.g., the ground floor walk way to elevator looks like a trap house, and elevator sounds like it it’s pleading for oil/lubrication.).
