"All rather dated. Communal area was small and cold for our party of 10 to meet up. No bar area to sit in. Breakfast was all rather automated and not all working as it should (unrecognizeable juice dispensed from a machine, that kept clogging up, milk from a machine that was empty etc) The tiniest croissants I've ever seen along with sliced bread were the 'breakfast bakery selection' Hot food was good. Staff around reception need to be a little friendlier!"

"From the outside the buildings look lovely, the room was very spacious but very dated (furniture, bed, tiles, shower etc) its clear that some work is being done to the hotel. Check in was simple and our keys were in a lock box (fab idea) The room had everything, kettle, cups, ironing board, iron, trouser press, heater, fan, hairdryer. Plenty of parking, close to the train station. Breakfast was included in the price, it was continental but you could order hot food for an extra cost. The staff...

"Less than a mile and quite scenic walk along the canal to the train station. Not many shops are open past 1800 most days including weekends so food and shopping options are a bit limited. Overall nice place to stay."

"Place could use a lick of paint; no moisturiser in the bathroom and nowhere to stand the shampoo in the bathroom."

"No where to cool down and almost fell on to the floor because of heatstroke."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast place was huge with variable food and quick re-fill. Elevators a bit small in size for such many rooms hotel."

"موقع الفندق ممتاز ، لكن الفندق لا بأس به"

"Bathroom could have been better cleaned (dust and splashes on the counter and mirror left either after previous guests or not cleaned good enough). Also funny looking white stains on the wall beside sink/mirror. I wish we could open the windows for the natural air and listen to hustle & bastle of the street life. Instead, there is one set of new windows installed before the original ones - feeling barricaded through and through. Only air con available to regulate temp. Room for 2 with king size...

"It was excellent value for money. Staff really helpful, friendly. The room was clean, basic but that's what we expected to be fair. Breakfast in the morning was good. I would use again."

"Ok stay"
