Embraced by open countryside, this charming holiday home offers idyllic strolls on the picturesque Godolphin Estate, owned by the National Trust, and lies conveniently close to a variety of stunning beaches.
Step into the inviting ground floor sitting room, adorned with exposed stone and beams, where the cosy ambience is enhanced by the wood-burning stove. Sink into one of the two plush sofas or armchairs and unwind in the comforting warmth. The sitting room features a Smart television, a Sonos sound system, and a convenient desk area. A door leads you to the terrace area, extending the relaxation outdoors. Spend evenings enjoying the array of books, games, and puzzles, or opt for an afternoon of outdoor fun by grabbing the badminton set, swing ball and other outdoor games from the waterproof box outside. Enter the kitchen/dining space, fully equipped for an ideal self-catering getaway. The well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Sonos sound system, and underfloor heating. Gather around the dining table, seating seven guests, for delicious group meals. Enter the garden room adjacent to the kitchen and unwind while admiring the picturesque surroundings. Completing the ground floor is a family shower room equipped with a walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail, and WC, along with a washer/dryer conveniently tucked away in the cupboard.
Heading up to the first floor, discover four comfortable bedrooms, each boasting charming rural views. Nestled in the eaves, bedroom four features a small double bed, suitable for single occupancy due to space constraints. Bedroom three is furnished with twin single beds, while bedroom two offers a king-size bed. Bedroom one presents a king-size bed and an en-suite offering both a bath with a hand-held shower attachment and a walk-in shower cubicle. The family bathroom on this floor includes a bath with an overhead shower.

Plus, the location is perfect for walking the Cornish coast path. Hop on the South West Coast Past at Rinsey and follow it up to Praa Sands or down to Porthleven. Additional Information: One well-behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge). Travel cot, highchair and portable stairgate are available on request. A welcome pack of tea, locally roasted coffee, National Trust biscuits, milk, shampoo, body wash, hand wash and hand soap will be provided on your arrival. The main front door and the door from the hall to the sitting room are both approximately 170cm tall. The height of the sitting room from the floor to the ceiling beams is approximately 190cm.
