While the large conservatory is the ideal spot to sit back and relax with a good book; or get cosy in front of a wood burning stove in the sitting room perfect for enjoying cosy evenings in - just the thing after a long day of sea air and sandcastles. The large enclosed garden is perfect for children to play in and furniture for al-fresco dining.

The three bedrooms are all located on the first floor; two with plush king-size beds and the third with a single bed and pull-out single trundle bed suitable for children. All bedrooms have use of the family bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC.

The sleepy village of Balwest is just a 5-minute drive from the coast, including the popular beach at Praa Sands, making this a wonderful choice for a seaside holiday.
