"While the room was clean, it wasn't the room we reserved. Instead of the king size bed that was reserved, we received two double beds. While the bathroom was clean, there was no heat in the bathroom, so it would be cold while taking a bath or shower. Plus, it was obvious there had been repairs made in the bathroom. Because of other signs, it's obvious the entire facility is dated, and could use updates or improvements. And the one thing I found odd was the absence of a phone and a clock in the room. Never have I stayed anywhere that didn't have a phone and clock in the room until that Quality Inn. While it is close to BSA, our destination, my wife and I won't be staying there again."

"The room was clean and comfortable with nice linens. Unfortunately the breakfast was sparse and disappointing (only fake egg patties and no meat). There was trash in the hall and the elevator is broken. "

"The heater worked. The volume on TV was extremely low. I couldn't hear it over heater running. I was staying for only one night, so I didn't complain. It would have been an issue if I stayed more than one night."

"Breakfast simple but good food was fresh, maybe a little more vairety (especially fruit) but. Rooms were cozy and clean, pool and workout room were top notch. Staff was awesome very attentive and helpful qould definelty stay again."

"The room smelled like smoke, the linens were dirty and every floor smelled like a gym locker room because the carpet smell old and terrible. Second and third floor ice machines broken, nothing being done to keep this property clean at a minimum. It's an old hotel that's been repainted basically and rebranded by Hilton Staff was nice"

"The breakfast was great! Loved that the pool was heated, but the hot tub was disappointing. The jets barely blew and the whole pool area smelt like sewer and feces. The pool area was not very clean. We had got this motel specifically for the hot tub and the fact it t didn’t work was a bummer. "
