"One of the hotel’s elevators was broken, which made the trip up and down our room ridiculously slow. Breakfast was all processed foods, with very few healthy options. Most of all, the hotel was just too crowded. Breakfast felt like an airport, with not enough sitting for everyone. Our attempt at the hotel’s pool was a disater: overcrowded, water too cold and another parent jumping in the pool with her yeti boots. It was not a relaxing nor enjoyable stay at all. Staff was very nice. "
