"The workers here are incompetent I already paid through Expedia and they charged me again at the hotel and they put of course the incidental hold which is fine but I told them they double charged me they insured me that they would take care of it and that it's just a hold it will come off and now looking at my bank today actually went through so now I have to figure out how to get this charge off I was insured by the girl who made the mistake Nicole and the morning staff that this would not charge me but absolutely did"

"Patty doesn't understand what a get away is. Her staff are young girls who just don't understand the standards of a hotel. They didn't let me check out early. Or return my deposit. I left my medicine behind because of the commotion. The over night girl was playing disruptive music all through out the evening. And yelling profanities. People were leaving because of staff that night. 5/5/26 never booking with them. Ever."

"Bed bugs!! I git bit all over my back! Also I left my phone charger in the room. I called front desk and she claimed it wasn't in there. I only was gone for an hrs, so they lie and steal!! Never again!"

"I was put in room 220 on the end. It was quiter than a lot of their rooms but keep in mind freeway road noise is constant. But its easy to get a good night's sleep. This room didn't get neighbors smoking and talking outside my room door. Other rooms get that issue."

"Overall, this place has seen better days. The exterior of the property is pretty rundown, one might even say dingy. Parking is very tight and the small lot and if the back lot was used I'm not sure how cars would get in and out. As the picture show, they definitely provided some upgrades in the rooms. While these were not exactly like putting lipstick on a pig, they were superficial at best. The air conditioner/heating unit was old and loud. There were places on the walls that looked worn and scratched. The bed frame itself was a creaky, metal frame reminiscent of something you might find in your grandparents basement."
