"On arriving, we parked in front of the hotel. There was limited parking at the front, but it also has parking round the side. The entrance hall was quite dark and had a funny smell at first, which later faded. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially May, who served us breakfast. Food and drinks were a bit pricey, but the food was lovely. The room was ok. The window frames have seen better days. It looked like they were rotting. We had a nice view of the grounds, which were lovely. The bed was a bit soft and it was 2 singles pushed together. The stay was ok, but we probably wouldn't return there."

"Exceptional staff. Every person i spoke to was helpful and very friendly. Building was a bit tired so some areas of cracked tile and mold staining in the pool area. Room smelt of wet dog and there were clothes moths."

"The staff were wonderful, and went above and beyond to correct an issue from booking a twin room, which wasn't suitable for 3 travellers. The swimming pool and breakfast were very nice, and soon accommodated my dietary restrictions. Thank you ! Was particularly amazed by the hotel manager, who really did everything he could to help make our stay comfortable. "

"Excelled as always. Everything about Crabwall Manor is the best. Fantastic grounds, stunning rooms and attentive staff from the reception to the bar staff to housekeeping. Warm welcome on checking in at reception, passed the keys to room 47 and although it doesn’t really have a ‘view’ the enclosed courtyard was nicely presented. The room was vast with enough space to provide the 2 high back chairs without feeling crowded. Bathroom was huge……(only wish was it had a freestanding bath!!!!) and again nicely decorated. Had drinks and evening meal in the bar, food was as great as was the staff who couldn’t do enough. Peaceful nights sleep with little to no noise from surrounding rooms. 4th visit now and I’m feeling that will soon increase given just how great every stay has become."
