We had a very comfortable overnight stay with our young son. We were happy with our room and the breakfast was superb with free tea/coffee facilities 24/7 and fresh water and ice. Great vending machines at the front. Overnight parking was £12 but we were able to stay until the early afternoon.

Excellent standard of hotel with breakfast included in great location for walkable access to central Chester. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Confusing signage on entry to hotel/ race course car park ( no overnight parking), lead to use of town car park opposite. Which turned out to be cheaper and allowed us to stay for longer, although you do have to cross a busy road . Note adjacent to railway line, which has overnight goods trains. Would happily stay again.

Lovely few days in Chester. Fabulous location to the town Beautiful grounds Room lovely and clean Shampoo and shower gel lovely and creamy Fan was very useful during the hot weather Breakfast was very nice Just wish it was a king size bed not a double Would defo stay again

It was helpful to park right next to the hotel, easy to come and go. Hotel was clean, our room overlooked the race course. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast is good.

Check in was made so easy by David :) He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. Rooms were comfy, clean and quiet to say we wer on floor 3 facing the main road. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. Parking easy and cost effective. Overall avery pleasant stay. All staff we spoke to were very nice. Barman very nice too.

Modern standard room with comfortable bed and in a great location. 5 mins walk from the city centre. Staff very pleasant with a decent breakfast choice and quality. Parking at £10 per day is reasonable as it is so close to city centre.

Excellent breakfast. Good location for a short stroll into Chester centre. BUT too noisy. At side of a busy railway line, lots of other noises from racecourse equipment. Had to keep windows open to keep cool but then couldn’t sleep because of noise.

Perfect location for a weekend visit to explore Chester or attend the races. The hotel was quiet and staff were very welcoming. The room had everything you could possibly need. The walk into Chester took only five minutes & it was closer still to start walking the city walls. Car parking and security was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.
